" Less than thirty percent. It's close to my full strength." She was a little discouraged while reporting this number. She had been running around trying to gather people to support her to overthrow her brother for months now but in her eye, this number was too ordinary.

On the other hand, Samuel was surprised to hear it. In his eyes, if she was able to gather more than twenty percent, it was already a good number. But unfortunately, she not only have to face her brother but her father too!

" What about your brother? He must be behind you right?" He continued to ask.

" Yes, I estimate that it will be around twenty. But he is still crazily trying to increase his shares. However our biggest opponent is my father who owns twenty five percent of equity alone. Since he is fighting together with Alan, we have to..." She was very clear of her situation so she didn't say it outloud.

It could be said they had to have more than fifty percent of the shares which was astronomical. Such figure would make them a dominates force, a complete monopoly in the group. No one could ever do anything to do and they would have a right to veto any future group's decision.

" Is there any neutral votes? There must be some parties watching from the sidelines." He asked. According to her information, at least twenty five percent of shares were in the hands of these neural shareholders. Most of them are scattered stocks and some of them were already acquired by Samuel's firm.

" They are still on the fence about it. I can say that they are waiting for a upper hand party to emerge. I was able to sign contracts with few of them but with my father's prestige, others didn't want to stand against him." She was clear why her situation was so dire. Her father had huge say in this matter, if these little directors tried to take her side, it could be seen as betraying the big man!

With no one backing Delphina's corner, she could only attract them with her own ability but they were not willing to give up future prospect by offending her father.

" Delphina, don't be discouraged. Aren't you thinking of a way now?" At this moment, Sharon, who was sitting quietly next to her interjected. She embraced her friends shoulder and tried to comfort her but surprisingly it seemed a little to intimate!

Samuel who had seen plenty of example began to think about the possibility of his theory being true. After all, Paris was the city of love, there was no reason to hide it! But after another thought, he chose to ignore it. It was not good to pry into other people's personal life.

She might not know much about others but she had a clear understanding about her master. He was someone that shouldn't be offended, she would often hear about his miraculous 'victories' from guests. Everyone was at praise of his abilities!

But on the other side, Delphina could only share her head hearing him say it. She was clear about the situation.

" I have already contacted everyone of them. I even visited them several times in past week. My brother is doing the same thing." She knew with her brother around. The neutral party wouldn't budge no matter what. They could pick a side but it was better to not pick a faction. If Delphina was a weak girl, they would have already joined forces to suppress her but she was cunning businesswoman.

Hearing her depressed tone, Samuel began thinking. He closed his eye like he was meditating and began tapping his fingers of the table rhythmically. He could use force but he didn't want to bully the weak and win the battle with unfair means. He realized that what he lacked was information.

" Wait, didn't you say that Count Hay had some of your companies stock in his hand?" Suddenly they heard Sharon exclaimed. She seemed to remember something important.

" Count Hay? I know this person. I have visited him couple of times but he always put up his noble air around me. As far as I remember, he definitely have four percent of shares in his hand. However it's not his private shares, it's a company owned property that is operated under his family name.

Everyone have to agree to this deal without it he couldn't do anything beside, he wasn't interested in talking to me." She almost had hope in her eye but it vanished when she remembered the details.

" Good news! Just last night, he lost a lot of money at the club. I think in few days, there could a chance for you to persuade him." Being the hostess of high end Salon, it was easier for her to get such explosive news from her guests. Whether it was rich or poor, people always like to gossip!

Both Samuel and Delphina stared at her before facing one another at the same time. It could be said they had the same idea!

" This is really good! Oh my god, why didn't you say anything earlier? Samuel, let's go. Let's go visit him tonight!" Delphina was the most excited one. Instead of waiting she wanted to hurry to coax her target.

" But such clubs..." Nicole meek voice dampened their good mood. She had accompany Samuel's parents to such high end clubs and knew not everyone could go inside. Money didn't matter, it was fame and family prestige especially when it was a place with nobility.

" Don't worry. I am willing to help. With me there, no one would trouble you." Sharon stood up and reassured them. She already had the title why wouldn't she use it to help her friend?
