" Come on. Sit. Tell me what's troubling you." He led her to the side and made her sit down. From her damp hair, he knew she just took a shower and probably wanted to change into normal clothes. Since she would be accompanying him, her maid's clothes would be too eye catching.

Before that, he went to the coms and asked the captain to circle in the air for about an hour. It was Nicole's first time flying so she didn't know how fast his modified Airbus was. The normal flight from London to Paris too two hours but his took less than one.

There was someone from Delphina's team waiting for him at the airport but he was helpless. Not to mention he already told Kayla and Mayra that he was coming. Fortunately, he never specified any time so they shouldn't be coming to pick him up. Beside they knew that he was coming over for business, it just happen to coincide with when Elise was throwing a fit to see him.

He realized that he asked Nicole too abruptly without even hearing her consent. He was only trying to do what he thought was best for her but he never wanted her to do anything she was not willing to do. With the intensity that she refused earlier it was clear that she was panicked about it.

" Let me do it." He picked up the blow-dryer and started sorting out her hair. His firm hands immediately melted the little maid's heart. She stayed silent for few second before he asked again.

" I don't know...I just don't feel that I am enough." She said in a meek tone. It was different from her shy self, a little guilt mixed with self pity? Samuel didn't know why she was thinking like this.

" Why do you say that? Do you think you are inferior? Did others find fault with you?" Samuel hurriedly asked her. Lately he was feeling to confident probably because Apollo repeatedly emphasized that it was all fate. There had never been friction in his so called Harem but it looked like situation was different behind the scene.

But he also found it difficult to think Adele or Kate who were with them during the retreat would ever say anything mean to Nicole. In their eyes, she was a naive girl, someone who needed their protection. It was hard to think they would ever do such a thing. Did the news traveled too far and someone came to berate her for it?

Rothschild family's estate was too big, there are bound to be some people that would be dissatisfied with her. He already taken such a future scenario in his consideration but he never expected it to happen so fast!

" No..but.."

" Come on tell me. Who put this devious idea in your head? I know that you are not capable of such a thing. Don't worry, I will deal with them appropriately." Hearing his aggressive tone suddenly, she panicked. How could she mention that it was Amanda who put forth this argument?

" If you don't tell me. I will turn this plane around and search the whole Estate until I find that person. You will not be able to hide our relationship at that time!" He said impatiently. He knew that this was the only way to open her mouth. Her face was stiff but seeing Samuel's eye, she knew that she could never underestimate her young master!

" It was aunt Amanda! Don't hurt her. She was only worried about me!" She blurted out the name of the perpetrator without resisting.

" Her?" Samuel was also surprised to learn this. He never expected Amanda to do such a thing but thinking about it for a second, it looked like she was only trying to protect Nicole. Amanda's thought may be realistic but when it common rule ever apply to him? He didn't ask her for detail.

" Don't worry, I will talk to her privately about it. It's only been a day since we returned so I didn't get any chance to do it. At least she must be made aware of the situation. We can't possibly hide from her discerning eye for long." He already think that she started to suspect something or else why would she ever say it?

With that, the issue came to an end. He changed the topic and assured her that Kayla and Mayra wouldn't mind it. Even if others' disagree, she personally saw them and interacted with them for two weeks which was why she had favourable impression.

The plane soon landed and they went out the stairs to see the person waiting for them. Samuel wanted to see Kayla and Mayra first but the person said that Delphina was already waiting for him at a coffee shop.

He had no other choice but to follow him. Delphina sent a Bentley to pick him up which drove out of the airport directly toward the city. It was already dark outside when they arrived at the designated place.

He led Nicole inside to find the place was tasteful and looked high-end. There were no customers inside probably because she booked the whole place. This type of place shouldn't be open at this time of night, at most only bars would operate after sunset.

As soon as he opened the door, the little jingle alerted the staff sitting beside the counter. It looked like the lady had been waiting for him for a long time.

" Excuse me? Are you Mr Samuel?" The lady came with a enthusiastic smile on her face. She was respectful but couldn't control herself to catch few glances at his handsome face but when she saw the beautiful young lady standing beside him, she didn't dare to make any unnecessary move.

They were trained professional and just from a glance could tell that handsome man must have extraordinary background. From the way his companion was looking around, it seemed to their first time in this place. It was a famous gathering place for rich second generation so they basically remember everyone's face, Samuel was too eye catching for them to not notice.

His white hair flutter with every step, with well proportioned body even his loose clothes stick around his muscle to give a powerful feeling. She knew they must be foreign nobles that young lady had invited!

" Yes." He simply nodded without saying anything.

"Mr. Samuel, Ms. Delphine has been waiting for a long time, please come with me." The lady made an inviting gesture.

They went inside to find that the cafe was really empty. It was much bigger than he first expected. The small entrance opened up to a huge compound perfectly enshrouded by high walls and luxurious decoration.

She must have six figures to book the whole place for couple of hours. If she was so worried about privacy, the situation looked more dire than he previously expected.

Led by the waiter, he came to a well decorated private box. As soon as they went inside, they saw Delphina Arjo waiting with an unknown women in her thirties. From her clothes, she too didn't look ordinary.

As soon as they noticed his arrival they stood up to receive him. He saw several empty cups and knew that they must be waiting for him for a long time.

" Delphina, sorry, it seems like I made you wait for quite a long time." He greeted her with a smile. Seeing him, Delphina also returned a smile and gave him two kiss on either cheeks. It was a common ceremony, a popular etiquette among nobles and high society people, indicating personal affection toward the other party.

" It's fine. I was just talking a friend. I didn't even know the passing of time." She gave a hearty reply but looked to his side to see Nicole who restlessly hiding behind his back.

" This is?"

" Nicole, I took her out to see the world." Samuel said with a smirk.

" Hello." Nicole didn't forget to greet Delphina with a bow. It's not like she never dealt with important people before, she gave the same respect to Delphina. But inside, she kept wondering about their relationship.

She never knew what Samuel was here for, she might have said yes other than that she only knew that he came for some business but she never expected that he would meet up with such a beautiful girl.

Seeing Delphina, she felt the same when she faced up against Samuel's mother. She looked temperamental and sharp with crescent eyebrows and light makeup. Her natural beauty was enough for her to walk around in public.

Both party kept observing each other, Nicole was cautious but Delphina fully glanced at her from head to toe. In her eye, Nicole look young but after few years of developing she would really be comparable to those supermodels. Other than her slightly inferior height, she could see a shadow of future beauty in her.

" Hi, do you ever think about becoming a model?" Delphina was blunt and asked Nicole while completely ignoring Samuel. She couldn't let go of such a beautiful face, it would be too much of a loss for fashion industry!
