Labyrinth Tower’s floors had been modified after Mystic Root left with the last 100th floor requiring a Power Level of 450,000.

Erix and Rin had used up their insight scrolls, so they used the Elemental Crystals they earned from the recent Labyrinth Tower floor clearing after they woke up after a day of rest.

The important priority now was their concepts’ progress, which they could mainly progress in the Limitless Plane daily and the 3rd stage of Way of Unfettered that they recently got from Tenebria’s token which she had given to Isabella when she visited last time.

After a few days, they used up Advanced high-grade elemental crystals that they had saved.

Erix progressed to 7th realm in his Metal affinity while Rin progressed to 7th realm in her Blood affinity after using up all of their Advanced high-grade elemental crystals.

Afterward, they started resuming floor clearings of Labyrinth Tower for more elemental crystals.

They resumed from the 40th Floor, which was supposed to give a big reward, but since Mystic Root left, that big reward was replaced with another type of big reward, but not as big as Insight Scroll, Cosmic Treasure Arcade Center ticket, the Clone and such.

Instead, clearing the 40th floor gave them a Mystery Box, which had a 10% chance of getting a big reward, but otherwise, they would get an Advanced Peak-grade Elemental crystal, which can be used to comprehend elements to the 8th, 9th, or 10th realm.

Both of them cleared the 40th floor and opened the Mystery box.

"Let’s see," Erix opened the palm-sized mystery box, which glowed with a bright light before dispersing and presenting an item that floated before him.

It was a crystal, but not elemental. Both of them became curious and scanned the item.

"So we can upgrade the clones?" Erix was surprised and quickly summoned his clone.

Erix put the crystal into his clone’s body and it swiftly dissolved before it shone.

Since Erix had a connection with the clone and his consciousness shared the two bodies, he clearly felt the clone’s overall power increasing.

"What’s the effect?" Rin curiously asked.

"Nothing much," Erix wryly smiled. "The clone previously inherited 50% of my power, but now it inherited 60%. An increase of 10%."

"Tsk, still pretty useless against big troubles," Rin clicked her tongue and opened her box.

Indeed, the clones were useful but only for miscellaneous tasks. They were not useful against the pirate invasion because of their low power.

"I got a peak-grade Advanced elemental crystal," Rin clicked her tongue before she put it away. "Let’s go to the next floor."

"Let’s see what’s the general reward from 41st to 50th Floor," Erix nodded.

Both of them vanished and arrived on the 41st Floor.

"Zerol, you still here or gone with the wind?" Erix spoke out loud.

Rin chuckled, "Probably gone with the wind. Mystic Root must have taken him away."

Erix ruefully smiled. He had told Zerol he would think about freeing him, but things were hectic right after the pirates arrived and he had no time to act on that plan.

"Forget it then," Erix shook his head and looked at the 41st Floor’s challenge and reward.

"Eh?? So we get an Elemental Mystery Box which will either give us a high-grade or peak-grade Advanced, Principle, or Primordial elemental crystal?" Rin raised her eyebrows in surprise.

"Ehh? Even Principle and Primordial elements?" Erix was startled, but then he saw the catch. "0.001% chance for a Principle or Primordial elemental crystal to appear."

Rin burst out laughing. "We won’t get a single even after clearing all floors."

"May lady luck shine upon us," Erix prayed with a wry smile.

Rin stood before Erix and licked her lips as she wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled. "Let this lady help with that."

Their lips met and a slow, but loving passionate kiss ensued for a minute before both of them disappeared and entered the challenge.

After clearing the 50th Floor, the duo returned and finally began Limitless Plane training after 22 days.

They couldn’t enter Limitless Plane since they were in Insight Scroll’s effect.

Isabella, Aria, Lily, and Maleina had returned a day ago from their exploration of the new pocket Dimension, so everyone gathered and entered Limitless Plane together.

Tenebria had given them 3rd step of Way of Unfettered, but Erix and Rin had yet to begin in it, so they started practicing it.

Lily, Isabella, Aria, Lilith, and Maleina were already in the process of training in this 3rd stage—Aethir Mystic Intent.

The major prerequisite of completing this 3rd stage of Way of Unfettered was making their spirit power transform into Aethir. Only then would they acquire the Aethir Mystic Intent.

But it was a requirement for ’completing’ it, not starting it.

The major benefit of this 3rd stage was that it would push their consciousness to limits and based on their capabilities and stimulating their consciousness, it would help them reach the next realm in Spirit power to acquire Aethir.

Erix and Rin sat in meditation upon a fluffy cloud they manifested with their imagination and began.

But they didn’t know what was in store as they began to practice according to Way of Unfettered’s instructions for 3rd stage.

As soon as they finished forming a strange formation made purely of Spirit force with a strange intent that was stored into them when they used the Medallion to get 3rd stage’s information, their consciousness drifted into the darkness that soon transformed into a different world.
