102  Chapter 76: Silence a Person by Killing_2

Oogawa burst with joy rather than anger. He excitedly said, "In that case, so long as we capture Yan Fei, we'll be able to acquire these high technologies from him?"

Ryoko Oogawa smiled, "Exactly. This is the greatest insight I've come to during this time of reflection. Yan Fei is key to our redemption. If we capture her, we won't just obtain these advanced technologies, but also the formula for the weight loss cookies. Furthermore, we could avenge the capture of the Red Dragon Submarine and the disappearance of Kazuteru's squad, winning our family's newfound respect. Not only could we recoup the family's losses, but we could also reclaim everything we've lost."

Oogawa asked, "If you're able to gather this intelligence, the family could too. Why haven't they acted on their own? Why give us this opportunity instead?"

Ryoko Oogawa laughed, "Do you think I'm stupid? When I was collecting this intelligence, I already destroyed the original copies. In other words, the last backup of this data exists solely in the server inside this room. Aside from us, no one else in the world can find this intelligence."

Yan Fei, eavesdropping outside the window, felt somewhat helpless. In this era of high information technology, science and technology were constantly advancing by leaps and bounds. No matter how careful and thorough he was in his actions, he would always leave flaws in unexpected places. It was impossible for him to be completely untraceable, leading to people discovering some clues afterward, casting suspicion upon him. But fortunately, he had time to correct these errors. n/ô/vel/b//jn dot c//om

Although Ryoko Oogawa was meticulous in thought, she was unaware of the Predator Drone's appearance at sea that night and its role in killing Kazuteru Oogawa. Otherwise, she might have deduced Yan Fei's connection to the Predator Drone. Such astonishing intelligence, if leaked, not to mention South Korea, would make the US Army, dominant in military strength, recall their tragic loss in Africa, allowing the US Government to immediately target Yan Fei. Once the US Army had him in their sights, no one in the world could save him unless he defected to the country and stayed domestically for life.

However, thankfully, Yan Fei discovered Ryoko Oogawa's secret just as she began to make some research breakthroughs about him. Otherwise, if she had continued her research, she would have definitely uncovered the secret of Yan Fei's drones. Once exposed, even the incidents within China might be traced back to him, and at that point, if Yan Fei did not defect to the country, he would truly have no choice but to wander the earth.

Inside the room, Ryoko Oogawa and Oogawa, having focused their suspicions on Yan Fei, started to collaborate on how to use the information they held to negotiate with their family, intent on regaining their lost power and securing even greater benefits.

As the two discussed their exciting plans, they heard a crisp sound from the room's glass. The entire window shattered, glass fragments flying everywhere, and a muscular, masked man burst into the room. This masked man was Yan Fei. Although he had altered his appearance, he still wore a piece of cloth over his face just to be safe.

A woman standing behind Ryoko Oogawa suddenly raised her hand, brandishing a pistol. She aimed the pistol at Yan Fei who sneered coldly and advanced towards the woman. The woman pulled the trigger, shooting at Yan Fei, and just as she fired, Yan Fei moved, and in a blink, he was still standing where he had been, but the bullet struck the wall behind him.

Yan Fei had greatly enhanced his spiritual power after a recent severe injury to his Spiritual Soul, enabling him to sense danger and anticipate the direction of bullet attacks in advance. Upon noticing the woman's shooting stance, he had dodged the bullet with lightning speed.

The woman, shocked, was about to shoot again when Yan Fei closed in rapidly, slamming his body into her, sending her flying against the wall. She screamed as she hit the wall, her bones fractured and body limp on the floor, her condition unknown.

Yan Fei's sudden appearance and the demonstration of his formidable strength had taken out Ryoko Oogawa's bodyguard and left both Ryoko Oogawa and Oogawa terrified out of their wits. They did not know that this masked man was Yan Fei, but the sight of his ruthless killing filled them with fear.

Suddenly, Oogawa let out a shriek, attempting to flee through the door. Yan Fei moved swiftly, catching up with Oogawa, and pressed his hand on the back of Oogawa's head, smashing it violently into the wall. There was a "pop" sound, and Oogawa's head split open like a watermelon, his brains and blood splattering everywhere, dead beyond doubt, turning instantly into a confused ghost.

Yan Fei turned to see the technicians in the room trying to scatter. His feet moved in quick succession, and he pursued the technicians, dispatching them all mercilessly. Since these technicians held evidence of Yan Fei's existence, posing a risk of exposure, he had no choice but to silence them once and for all. Moreover, as they were Japanese, Yan Fei carried no psychological burden in killing them.

Ryoko Oogawa, seeing things go south, quickly hid behind a large door. Yan Fei approached and with a punch, the door burst apart to reveal an elevator with Ryoko Oogawa already descending underground. He was about to pursue when he spotted the room's servers and storage devices. Slowing down, he began to gather the servers and storage devices into the Universal Space. Once all items in the room were collected, he reopened Universal Space and brought out two large cans of gasoline. He doused the entire room with gasoline and set it on fire. With a "boom," flames engulfed the room.

With the unique data in the world destroyed, Yan Fei's risk of exposure was completely extinguished.

Yan Fei stepped out of the room and stood at the doorway of the now fiercely burning room, watching coldly. Suddenly, a roar came from underground, and a luxury sports car burst from the underground garage and sped towards the highway. Yan Fei, with sharp eyes, could not see the face of the person in the driver's seat, but the slim figure was dressed in Ryoko Oogawa's clothes, still stained with Oogawa's brains, no doubt it was Ryoko Oogawa who had just gone down to the garage.

As gasoline flowed freely, the whole house erupted in flames, including the underground garage which became enveloped, leaving no place to hide. With a thought, a brand new motorcycle emerged from the Universal Space in front of Yan Fei. He mounted the motorcycle and chased after the fleeing sports car.
