Chapter 1066  The Last Resort

The entire Hero's Party was infuriated. Not because of their pride as the members of the hero's entourage, but because they were supposed to be one of the most elite groups of warriors in the entire empire of space.

And the worst part was that this Samurai was fighting in 1 vs 7 battle while giving them handicaps after handicaps.

Any powerful warrior worth their salt, who achieved such immense strength through hardwork and talent, to be part of the Hero's Party, would feel like their entire life was a lie when facing such an overwhelmingly powerful opponent.

"Ryuken-dono… Are you aware of the 12 Rakshasas?" he asked calmly.

"Yes… the direct servants of the Demon Emperor. I heard that all of them are on par with a 7th-stage saint despite being 5th-stage saints themselves.

And even among most of the 7th-stage saints, only a few can face and triumph against a member of 12 Rakshasas." responded Ryuken, intrigued by the fact that Byakuya suddenly brought up their name for some reason.

"Correct. And other than the Heroes with their Divine Abilities and Divine Weapons… all of them are said to have the strength to wipe out an entire Hero's Party on their own." said Kahn calmly.

Ryuken's countenance shook for a moment as he realized Omega's potential.

"So you're saying that Raiden, your samurai, can become as strong as a Rakshasa?" he asked Kahn skeptically.

"No. Rather… what if I told you; that this isn't even half of Raiden's strength?" he responded cheekily.

The Hero of Space was thoroughly shocked. "Is he already on par with a 6th-stage saint?" he asked Kahn.

"Yes. So far, he hasn't even used his domain or his armors that enhance his powers even more." responded Kahn, raising Ryuken's interest in Omega even more.

What Kahn didn't tell the Hero of Space was that Omega in his true Hrodvitnir form was even more powerful than compared to his human one.

"How come such a powerful saint follows you and yet, no one in the empire knows?

He doesn't seem to be a direct member of the Masamune Clan. So what made him pledge his loyalty to you?" asked Ryuken curiously as his heart palpitated, expecting a grand secret to be revealed.

"The reason is simple…" replied Kahn/Byakuya with a gaudy smirk.

"It's because I'm stronger than him."

After the Second Round between Omega and Hero of Space's party began, the battlefield was filled with palpitating tension.

[All of you… this is the most humiliating battle I've experienced in my life. Even losing the battle to become the official successor of my clan hadn't hurt my pride such as this.

And to make it worse… I feel like he hasn't even used his full strength.

The member of the Hero of Space's party had their own individual mindsets, emotions, and priorities even if they acted unified.
