Floating Island - Triple S Talent

Chapter 307: Land of 100 Realms

(Land) Contains a platform of empty land spanning 100 realms.

- Land x100 realms

*Note: 1 realm = 1,000,000,000,000 km = 1 trillion km²

*Note: 100 realm = 100 trillion km²

"This... this is massive," Lein muttered, half-whispering. He stared at the bag with an expression of awe mixed with confusion. While he was accustomed to extraordinary gifts, this item felt almost too fantastical.

"How could such an item even exist? Isn't this space too vast?" Lein wondered to himself. It would still be reasonable if the land's size was 1,000 or 100,000 km², but the land Hanes had given him used the unit of "realms," which was unimaginably vast.

Without hesitation, Lein decided to test the item. He immediately attempted to extract one realm from the black bag. However, before the land could materialize, the system issued a warning:

[To deploy the land, please prepare an Orb Island.]

The system notification sounded. Lein had already suspected that an orb would be required for deployment. Without a second thought, he retrieved an Orb Island from his spatial ring.

The Orb Island floated gently before him, like a living, energy-filled sphere. Lein then extracted the realm land, following the system's instructions.

[Deploying the land, do you agree to bind it to the nearest Orb Island?]

"Yes."

Lein agreed and watched intently. He was eager to see if the land's size truly matched the immense scale described.

In just a fraction of a second, an expansive landmass appeared beneath Lein's feet. The sky, once empty, was now filled with solid terrain, complete with hills, small mountains, and scattered patches of green vegetation. Lein stood in awe, his eyes scanning the seemingly endless horizon.

"What…?" he murmured softly, unable to believe the breathtaking sight before him. It felt as if he had been transported to a new world teeming with life.

The land around Lein was mostly barren, with a few hills and mountains visible in the distance. Sparse vegetation covered some areas within his view.

"Damn, what about the main island and the other islands?" Lein muttered in concern. With the vastness of this trillion-square-kilometer realm, it was certain the other islands would be affected. The Divine Sky Realm might become overcrowded.

Worried, Lein quickly expanded his spiritual awareness. His consciousness spread rapidly, encompassing the entire Divine Sky Realm.

He sighed in relief upon discovering that the new landmass did not disrupt the structure or interfere with the other floating islands.

"Good…" he muttered with a tone of relief. The landmass, despite its extraordinary size, had seamlessly integrated without causing any destruction. Lein smiled faintly, his mind already filled with grand plans to utilize this enormous territory.

At first glance, the one-realm-wide landmass filled Lein's view with an incomprehensible scale. The Divine Sky Realm, previously cramped with floating islands, seemed to stretch and adjust itself. The protective barriers, once static, now flexed like elastic, making room for the newly emerged terrain.

From Lein's perspective, the landmass didn't replace the floating islands but instead rested beneath them, acting as a massive foundation supporting the world above.

"Looking at it now, the floating islands seem much safer," Lein remarked casually while observing the newly formed landscape.

He recalled the early days of entering the Divine Sky Realm, where falling from one of the floating islands meant certain death.

"If I'm not mistaken, the first one to fall was Asep," he thought, reminiscing about the horrifying incident. But now, the circumstances had changed.

As long as one had a flying device, they no longer needed to fear losing their life if they fell from an island.

Lein crossed his arms over his chest, his gaze fixed on the vast expanse below. "If it's like this, wouldn't it be better to move life down to this land?" he murmured. He began contemplating the future of the Divine Sky Realm.

Lein had no experience in building a civilization. Creating a race, establishing a kingdom, or even constructing a city were foreign concepts to him. Even family life was something he had never experienced. He understood that the next steps would require careful planning.

"Looks like I'll need to meet with Hanes and hold an internal meeting with the core members to discuss this matter," Lein thought to himself.

He felt the weight of growing responsibility but remained confident in his ability to manage the situation. With steady yet decisive steps, he resolved to expand the new land further.

For Lein, creating a vast main territory as a base was a top priority. His thoughts were focused on the battles he had observed across the cosmos and the extraordinary gifts he had received from Hanes. With unwavering determination, he extracted another landmass from his spatial ring.

The second landmass appeared, equally magnificent and expansive, merging with the first to form an even larger domain. Lein didn't stop there. He had already duplicated several landmasses previously and currently possessed over 30,000 landmasses in addition to the 100 gifted by Hanes.

Meanwhile, in the City of Life, a giant videotron on a skyscraper displayed breaking news that immediately caught the public's attention. A female anchor stood on the edge of one of the floating islands, with the vast new land stretching beneath her in the background.

Even from a great distance, the scale of the landmass was unmistakable, as if it filled the horizon entirely.

"Breaking news: an unidentified landmass has appeared beneath the floating islands. Hunters have begun conducting inspections," reported the anchor with a serious tone, adding tension to the air.

The sudden emergence of this vast landmass shook the Divine Sky Realm. Human leaders—whether loyal to the alliance or now hunters—gathered to discuss what had transpired.

Panic briefly swept through the populace. Meanwhile, alliance officials attempted to remain composed while investigating who was responsible for this phenomenon. Little did they know, this was all part of Lein's grand plan to create monumental change.

Various media outlets continuously broadcast updates about the mysterious landmass beneath the floating islands. Unfortunately, rather than calming the public, many television stations sensationalized the news to boost their ratings. Although the situation sparked some unrest, public order remained intact, largely due to the strict oversight in the City of Life.
